Policies

1. Book through our secure website
   We do not accept bookings by emails or by phone. However, groups (+15persons) must contact us before booking : booking(at)eddhostel.com
2. Minors (-18) must be accompanied by an adult & are not allowed to stay in dorms. Exception of this policy is made if you privatize the dorm. Baby (-2years old) are allowed ONLY in our Lovers room.
3. Hostel accepts Cash and Card payment
   The total balance of reservation is due in full at the hostel upon the check-in. Tourist Tax is 0,58€ per person, per night. It will be added to the total charge upon arrival! VAT is already included in the price.
4. Check-in & out 
   Check-in: From 3pm to 10pm. If you arrive before you can just drop off your stuff in our luggage storage. If late, please advise us to know if possible.
   Check-out: before 11am. Hope you have exploredd well the area!

1. Reception is open from 07:00 AM until 10:00PM – same hours for Coffee Shop
2. Breakfast 
   Breakfast starts at 07:00. Breakfast is not included in price, it is extra 3€ per person per night (creps+coffee)
3. Security
   Lockers are available in dorms but bring your own padlock. Luggage can be kept at the hostel after checkout. Entrance in dorms is made with digital key.
4. Smoking is prohibited
5. Alcohol from outside is prohibited (french law)
6. Pets are not allowed
7. People from outside are not allowed in dorms and private rooms.
